OK--I did my walk/run around 5:30. I was done by 6. The next time I run I'll have to take a stop watch so I can make sure that I go for 40 minutes. But I think for day 1, going for 30 minutes was pretty good.
My feet hurt some, and I'm hoping that will go away as time goes on. I also am coughing some just from breathing in the cold air I think. My throat hurts some when I run in the cold, and I don't know if that's just how the cookie crumbles, or if maybe this will go away as time goes on too?
I definitely didn't feel like going but I made myself go. I hope to continue on in that fashion! :-)
I thought I had more to share but I don't. Haha. It's not like many if any read this anyway. ;-)
Random side note: I love NCIS. Soooooo gooooood. USA does reruns all the time. Love it!

shoot me an email and tell me about your feet... where do they hurt? did they hurt the whole time or just a bit? remember dont be afraid of walking some in the beginning... its ok to walk ... :)

I'm reading this Robyn!!! I love you!!! You're amazing! My throat hurts in the cold too, I think the air is just a little bit harsher so when you're breathing it in quicker (especially while running) it hurts, but maybe I could just be making that up!
